Darren and Rebekah have worked in the charity sector for 20 years and in this time they have seen how the management of people can sometimes take a back seat, as the priority for small charities is understandably on operational delivery.
Societal and financial pressures on small charities means that their most valuable asset, their people, do not always get the development time that they require or deserve.
